Bill Chapman has practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury law since his call to the bar in 1978. He has over 36 years of experience in handling all types of personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, product liability, and various insurance disputes. Bill’s practice now focuses on catastrophic injury claims.
Bill has been a member of many professional bodies, including the Advocates Society, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Essex Law Association. He served as a director of the Canadian Bar Association, Civil Litigation Section for Ontario and the Essex County Law Association. In addition to his extensive trial experience, Bill taught tort law at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, and has lectured in the area of civil evidence for the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Bill is a past Chairman of the Windsor Police Services Board.
